→→→ HOW EXPERIENCE ORGANISES
Method
Human experience has an architecture
What you think, feel and do does not happen in isolation.
Every experience is organised through interconnected dimensions and dynamics. Together they shape what you notice, what you expect, what things mean, how you feel, how your body responds and what feels possible from where you stand.
Primal Integrity™ works with that architecture.
Most approaches begin by asking: What’s wrong?
We begin with a different question: What is organising this experience?
That question changes where we look, and what we find.
The Architecture of Human Experience
Primal Integrity™ works with six dimensions of experience and five organising dynamics.
Together, they reveal how an experience is being constructed, maintained and expressed.
Six Dimensions
Identity • Meaning • Emotion • Physiology • Time • Space
These are the dimensions through which experience is organised, and none of them operates alone.
A difficulty that looks emotional, for example, may also involve how someone is positioned in relation to their past, what the experience means to them, who they understand themselves to be, or what their physiology is predicting and preparing for.
Change one dimension and the others respond.
Five Organising Dynamics
Attention • Memory • Prediction • Language • Mode
These shape how the dimensions come together from moment to moment. What you attend to, remember, predict and put into words, and the mode you are operating from, all influence what you notice, how you interpret it and how you respond.
Awareness Is the Navigator
Awareness is not another dimension.
It is the capacity to see the architecture itself.
When you can recognise how an experience is being put together, you are no longer limited to managing the behaviour that shows up at the end of it. You can work with what is creating it.
This is where navigation begins.
Behaviour Is the Expression, Not the Starting Point
Behaviour is visible. The architecture producing it usually isn’t.
That is why changing behaviour alone so often brings temporary results while the underlying pattern stays intact.
The most interesting question is: ‘What would need to reorganise for a different behaviour to emerge naturally?’
Organisation Creates Experience. Awareness Reorganises Organisation.
This principle sits at the heart of Primal Integrity™. It applies to individuals, relationships, leaders, businesses and organisations alike.
When the architecture becomes visible, you gain more than an explanation for why something is happening.
You gain somewhere to navigate from.
